一种复杂结构的轨道车辆变压器过渡座设计及验证

摘要:

为了解决某轨道交通车辆牵引系统冗余性技术变更问题,设计了一种复杂结构的变压器安装过渡座,并通过强度仿真计算验证及实车运用状态下的动应力测试,证明该过渡座满足设计标准和车辆使用要求。该变压器过渡座装车应用超过1年半,可靠性良好,设计方案对后续轨道车辆设计具有较高的参考价值。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of redundancy technical modification in the traction system of a certain rail transit vehicle, this paper designed a transformer transition seat with a complex structure, and adopted the strength simulation verification method and dynamic stress testing method in the application state.At present, the transformer transition seat has been installed and used for more than one and a half years, which proves that it has good reliability, so it can provide high reference value for subsequent rail vehicle designs.
